INTRODUCTION
TO POWER YOGA
This fast-paced strenuous exercise is
different from other forms of Yoga.
Power Yoga or Dynamic Yoga can be
useful as a tool for weight loss. The
poses may differ according to the
instructor. It aims to increase the
strength, stamina, and flexibility of the
body thereby removing body toxins
through sweat. At Panchtattva Studio,
the session begins and ends with
affirmations. The classes move at a
fast pace and require a certain level of
fitness and strength.

Navel Centralization
Yoga and other forms of exercise
use navel centralization to engage
the core muscles and line up the
spine. This practice involves
drawing your belly button towards
your spine and tucking your
tailbone back to create a support
system for the abdominal area.
