SUMMARY:
The PCC Sr. Product Manager is focused on growing the user base for our PCC Product Offering in support of
Accusoft business objectives. This individual is continuously refining understanding of user stories, buyer
personas, value proposition, and competitive differentiation via a combination of market/competitive research
and analysis of product usage analytics. Operating as part of an agile Product Group, the Product Manager
participates in defining new product release content and the associated go to market approach for each release,
analyzes the results of these efforts, refines our approach to rapidly grow the user base for PCC, and responsible
for PCC results; revenue, user acquisition, and other defined objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Understand user stories, buyer personas, market and competitive forces.
• Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas, such as engineering, sales, marketing, and
operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market
opportunities to drive and achieve set goals and objectives.
• Establish strategies for user acquisition, on-boarding, monetization, retention, and vitality of Accusoft
PCC Offering.
• Participate as part of the Product Group in the definition of each new product release and the associated
go to market approach to execute growth strategies for PCC.
• Partner with the marketing team to develop Go To Market plans and lead marketing and product team
execution of these plans, including messaging, PR, social media, viral marketing, and demand
generation activities.
• Establish user analytics and data-driven decision making through the use of google analytics, A/B
testing, search engine optimization, and other growth techniques.
• Ability to identify market opportunities, define big-picture vision, prioritize and build business cases,
and drive cross functional teams to make that vision a reality.
• Lead ongoing creation of customer success stories that articulate the needs, use cases, and benefits that
Accusoft PCC offerings bring to customers and convey this information with the product group
engineering team.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role has no direct supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• BA/BS Degree; MBA a plus
• 7 plus years of software product management experience.
• Experience in successful marketing of software products, with a track record of developing and
executing programs that build awareness, generate leads, and accelerate growth of user base.
• Experience in configuring and using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure market
success
• Experience in utilizing hubspot or similar platform to manage user acquisition and onboarding.
• Understanding of SEO / SEM concepts
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate others
• Analytics skills: analyze user data and implement appropriate tracking to measure market success
