Free Guardianship Documents for
Parents via Surrogacy
Pinnacle Law Firm, PC
Ahead of the launch of its new Free
Guardianship Document Preparation for
International Parents via Surrogacy service,
Pinnacle Law Firm, PC is making public the
story behind the service, which consumers
within the Surrogacy & Assisted
Reproduction space will find interesting...
When one of Pinnacle Law Firm's
international clients couldn't leave
his home country to attend the
birth of his child being born via
surrogacy in the U.S. a solution
had to be put into place.
They thought, "Who will
care for these children?"
The problem was overcome by
putting into place a set of legal
options for the temporary care
and safety of the client's child.
For that particular client, it
was setting up a legal,
temporary guardian for the
child.
The Guardianship Document
Preparation for International
Parents via Surrogacy got its
start when Pinnacle Law Firm,
PC's Founder Corlandos R.
Scott, Esq.
noticed the Coronavirus travel bans
were heartbreaking and bewildering
for soon-to-be parents living outside
of the United States who were
working with a surrogate poised to
deliver their child within the United
States.
So, the service was created in response
to the growing need for those soon-to-be,
international parents, who were
homebound by travel bans, to have the
legal structure in place for someone to
temporarily care for their baby being born
in the U.S. via surrogacy.
The founder had over seven
years of prior experience in the
Surrogacy & Assisted
Reproduction world, and
decided to start Pinnacle Law
Firm, PC in 2016.
