Call To Order / Roll Call:
• The Annual meeting of Driftwood Sands Condominium Association was called to order at 3:03 p.m. by
Board President, Jack Berlin. The Secretary, Art Mattiello noted time as 3:03 pm. Jack made an
announcement that we will follow Robert’s Rules of Organization, reminded everyone to be mindful as
to who has the floor. The floor will be opened during the Q&A of the agenda.
• A quorum was present with all BoD in attendance (L) and via remote (R): L President Jack Berlin, R
Vice President Lindsay Stuthers, R Secretary Mr. Art Mattiello, L Director Mr. Rob Pergolizzi and L
Director Ms. Mindy Burchard.
