It’s a myth that only water can hydrate & flush toxins. Everything on
this list is at least 80% water, so as long as you’re in the water-rich
realm-you’re good to go! Don’t forget that coffee & tea are also water-
rich & have other health benefits as well. And wine is 85% water, so it
counts too. Just don’t overdue! Research confirms all can hydrate,
flush & help with weight maintenance.
PS-You can also include coconut water, cottage cheese, soups &
broths, skim milk & plain yoghurt. All have at least an 80% water-
content. Just watch sodium content. And, with these choices, you
have added electrolytes, proteins & other healthy ingredients.
