is the Kimchi Rachel, made with
rotisserie turkey, house kimchi, Swiss
cheese, and gochujang mayo, served
griddled and melty on Lost Bread

“We are incredibly proud of our sandwich
selection and these new additions are
absolutely must-try sandwiches,” says Haddon
Culinary Chef and co-owner James Luizza. “A
sandwich is only as good as the bread it’s
made with, that’s why we identify the bread
used for each sandwich on the menu."
Among the new creations added to the

Torta Milanesa, prepared with chicken
cutlet, chipotle mayo, mozzarella, lettuce,
vine-ripened tomato, avocado, and
cilantro, served on a Lost Bread
Company ciabatta roll.
"Some of these new sandwiches are
family recipes and others are the result of
wonderful experiments," says Haddon

sourced ingredients.”

Vegan Eggplant Meatball sandwich,
featuring homemade eggplant
meatballs, broccoli rabe, plant-based
smoked gouda, and marinara, served
