As the founder of Playa Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Wardinski leads the strategic growth and expansion of the company’s
management and investment portfolio. He currently plays a key role in all acquisitions and partnership agreements, as
well as seeking out new properties and relationships that can benefit from Playa’s unique approach. Prior to starting
Playa Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Wardinski served as Chief Executive Officer of Barceló Crestline Corporation, and served
as founding Chairman of the Board. He also served in executive leadership roles with the Crestline Capital Corporation
(NYSE: CLJ) and Barceló Corporación Empresarial of Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Other notable leadership roles within
the industry include Senior Vice President and Treasurer of host Marriott Corporation (NYSE: HMT), various other
roles with Marriott Corporation, and the founding of his own REIT — Highland Hospitality Corporation (NYSE: HIH),
where he served as Chairman of the Board until the sale of the company in 2007. In his early career, Mr. Wardinski also
worked with Price Water House in Washington D.C., and Goodyear International in Caracas, Venezuela. Involved in his
community, Mr. Wardinski currently serves as a Founding Member and Chairman of the Service Source Foundation,
a not-for-profit advocacy group representing community-members with disabilities. In addition, he serves on the
Board of Directors of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the performing arts. Mr. Wardinski holds a Bachelor of Science
in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business.
With Playa Hotels & Resorts since 2008, Mr. Stadlin plays a pivotal role in the dramatic expansion and repositioning
of the company’s entire portfolio of holdings. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of the 619-room
Barceló Los Cabos that opened in 2009 and the brand repositioning of Dreams La Romana and Dreams Palm Beach
in the Dominican Republic. He continues to oversee major repositioning and expansion projects, and is responsible
for the supervision of day-to-day business operations. In his earliest days with Playa, Mr. Stadlin served as Senior Vice
President of Asset Management, before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2012, and was then appointed
CEO of Playa Resorts Management in 2013. Prior to joining Playa, Mr. Stadlin served as Vice President for Latin
America at Marriott International where he increased Marriott’s presence in the region by 21 hotels in 7 years. During
his 33-year tenure at Marriott International, Mr. Stadlin held numerous international management positions in the UK,
Germany, Mexico, as well as throughout the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Stadlin graduated with a Bachelor of Science
from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.

Mr. Harvey is a recognized global real estate financial leader with an extensive background in hospitality ownership,
operations and capital market transactions. He is highly respected on Wall Street and within the financial community
for his ability to enhance liquidity and decrease the cost of capital while implementing internal procedures that
identify revenue improvement and cost-reducing opportunities. Most recently, Mr. Harvey served as CFO for Host
Hotels & Resorts, the market’s largest hospitality REIT, with $19 billion in global assets and a member of the S&P
500 and Fortune 500. Prior to CFO, he served as Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer at Host Hotels & Resorts.
Mr. Harvey began his career with Price Waterhouse. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia
Tech where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on numerous board
of directors including: American Capital Agency (NASDAQ: AGNC), Audit Committee Chairman; American Capital
Mortgage (NASDAQ: MTGE), Audit Committee Chairman; American Capital Funding (NASDAQ:ACSF), Audit
Committee Chairman; and the non-profit organization, Helping Children Worldwide.
In his executive role at Playa Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Froemming’s responsibilities include the brand launch and creating
the global reach and awareness of Hyatt’s two new all-inclusive brands: Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva. He also oversees
the growth of Playa’s brand portfolio through global marketing, sales, distribution, branding, and integration of new
technologies – towards which he applies more than 20 years of branding and marketing expertise. Prior to joining
Playa in January 2014 as the Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Froemming served as President
of Unique Vacations, the worldwide representatives for Sandals & Beaches Resorts. Before that he rose to the position
of Chief Operating Officer of the Mark Travel Corporation, entrusted by the world’s leading airlines and hoteliers to
manage their vacation brands and take care of their customers. In this capacity, he was responsible for bottom-line
profitability, and led the acquisition and integration team that was responsible for the addition of several major travel
companies that were successfully integrated into The Mark Travel Corporation’s portfolio. Other notable industry
experience includes senior positions at Wyndham Hotels and Renaissance Cruise Lines. Mr. Froemming is a graduate
of Marquette University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing in 1985.

Responsible for legal and strategic business affairs, Mr. Camhi has served as General Counsel for Playa Hotels & Resorts
since January 2011. While his attention to detail and unquestioned integrity are among his greatest assets, Mr. Camhi
is also valued for his tremendous business insight and ability to anticipate the company’s future needs. Prior to
joining Playa, Mr. Camhi served as General Counsel for Phoenix Packaging Group, a plastic packaging manufacturer
with production plants in Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela and the US with sales in over 20 countries. Prior, Mr. Camhi
practiced at the Mexico City Office of Thacher Proffitt & Wood. In addition he served as Associate General Counsel
of BearingPoint, Inc., a global consulting firm, and practiced at Baker & McKenzie, Prieto & Carrizosa and Sidley Austin.
Mr. Camhi received an LLM Degree from Cornell University. Mr. Camhi also received a M.A. in Finance from CESA
and an LLB from the Universidad de los Andes, both in Bogotá, Colombia. Mr. Camhi is admitted to practice law in
Colombia, Mexico and New York. Recently, Mr. Camhi received the 2014 Deal-Making Award from the Latin American
Corporate Counsel Association.
Mr. Mulet has been with Playa Hotels & Resorts since its inception in 2006. With over 15 years of international
hotel experience, Mr. Mulet has played a prominent role in the acquisition, development and asset management of the
portfolio and currently heads the Acquisitions Group for Playa Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining Playa Hotels & Resorts,
he was the Director of International Investments & Asset Management with Highland Hospitality Corporation
(NYSE: HIH). He helped HIH to successfully structure and close its first acquisition in Mexico. A native of Spain,
Mr. Mulet began his career in the hospitality industry in 1999 at Barceló Hotels & Resorts. During his tenure at Barceló,
Mr. Mulet held different positions both at the corporate and hotel level in Mexico, Spain and in the US. In 1999,
he earned his Business Administration (E-2) degree at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid, Spain.
He continued his education in the US at Cornell University where he earned a certification in Real Estate, Development
and Hotels Investment from The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 2004.
