Do you use precision components? This manufacturer offers the most competitive pricing
available! Copiague, New York-based precision mechanical component manufacturer Gear
Techtronics has launched an expanded range of precision gears, sprockets and pulleys for
clients in Bayville, and Sea Cliff.
The enhanced product range is
produced using modern CNC
equipment and is designed for use by
a range of industries including
robotics, aerospace, instrumentation
and optics.
Precision mechanical components can be manufactured from a
variety of material and often require intricate features.
Precision gears are particularly
detailed and are critical components
in a wide range of applications such
as watches and electrical motors.
Having over 30 years of experience in precision parts manufacture, Gear
Techtronics’ recently expanded product range is designed to provide
high-quality and cost-effective components that are available off-the-shelf.
The range of precision gears now
includes spur gears, miter and
bevel gears, helical gears, worm
and worm wheels, anti-backlash
gears and gear-racks.
The American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) is a voluntary
association of companies and other parties with a direct interest in the
design, manufacture and application of gears.
As specialists in a range of AGMA
components, the new product line
from Gear Techtronics also includes
AGMA 10 and 12 gears with 16 to
200 pitches.
In the production of components, Gear Techtronics uses computer aided design
(CAD) software to create 3D models of each item. The design is then entered into a
computer numerical control (CNC) machine, which creates cuts following
instructions from the software.
The accuracy of this production
method is extremely tight, with
tolerances down to 0.01-
0.05mm.
In addition to the standard product range, Gear Techtronics can
also provide custom design and manufacture of precision
components.
A company representative stated: “Our customers
can rely on our quality, competitive prices and fast
delivery. We can cross reference any competitors’
catalog part number. Before purchasing any
mechanical components from other brand name,
give Gear Techtronics a try.”
