Amenities include assigned covered & guest parking, dual elevators, library/meeting suite, shuffleboard, poolside restrooms, direct beach access, outdoor shower, a beachfront pool, sundeck with lounge chairs and tables, and a waterfront covered pavilion equipped with gas/charcoal barbeques, granite countertop, sink and serving areas for all your entertaining needs. The Pavilion may be partially reserved by owners for private or family gatherings.

Driftwood Sands Condominium
1. All cars must display a parking permit including visiting guests.
2. Be sure to check bulletin boards daily for notices of important things taking place
that direct you to do sontething. Please notice any reservations made for the
gazebo and vacate that area on the day and times listed.
3. Use the gazebo and outdoor area at your leisure. Please clean up all food,
containers and wipe the counter tops and tables when finished. Return chairs,
lounges and umbrellas to Their original place. Umbrellas are kept in the men's
restroom.
4. Loud music in the poe1 area or on the balconies is not permitted.
5. Deck furniture must remain on the decks and may not be taken to the beach.
6. When moving into or out of a unit please uses the rear elevator. Protective pads
for the elevator are available by contacting Property Resource Management 584-
8733.
7. Please wear shoes in the hallways, elevators and going to and from the pooi area.
8. Trash chutes are located on each floor across from the elevators. Trash should be
discarded between the hours of 9:00 AM and 10:00 I'M. DO NOT deposit trash
in the chutes when the dumpsters are placed outside for collection on Mondays
and Thursdays.
9. Shuffleboard equipment is stored in the men's restroom poolside.
10. Both the men and women's poolside restrooms have a lock which can be opened
with your ground floor entry key.
II. Please keep all doors and windows closed when using heat or air conditioning.
12. Please conserve water by using towels more than once and filling your dishwasher
before running it.
13. When using the garbage disposer, run plenty of water during and after use. Avoid
placing onion skins, grapefruit skins, coffee grounds and celery into the disposal.
14. Please clean gazebo grills after use and replace cover on gas grill when it has
cooled.
15. Wa microwave oven is provided please use only paper, glass or microwave safe
plastics in the oven. DO NOT use metal or foil in the microwave oven.
16. The entry door system works as follows:
a. When the telephone rings, answer it. To allow someone to enter the lobby
dial the number six.
b. If you are using the telephone and the phone buzzes from the ent'y phone,
dial 3 to place the current call on hold, speak to the person requesting
entry into the lobby. Dial 6 to allow them to enter and then dial 3 to return
to your original call.
c. Never let someone in the building you do not know from the entry phone..
17. Please read and tkmiliarize yourself with the condominium association mies
posted in the elevators and in your rental information.
18. Be sure to take balcony furniture into condo during high winds.
19. Mailboxes can be accessed through your rentalagent. Large packages mailed by
U.S mail are put in the large mailboxes behind the main entry elevator and the key
is placed in the regular mailbox to access the large boxes.
20. Information about using the fireplace will be given by the rental agent.

To keep our community a nice place to call home, we need your cooperation with the fo4lowing:
1. PARK in your assigned place only. Use assigned spaces before using a guest
space. Cars not parted in their proper space or not displaying proper
identification may be subject to being towed at the owners expense. All renters
will be issued a parking permit upon arrival. All guests of residents must display
a parking tag identifying the condo unit number.
2. POOL HOURS: 9:00 AM TO 10:00PM Diapered children must wear Swimees
in the pool.
3. QUIET HOURS: We ask that quiet time be observed on the balconies and in the
courtyard before 9:00 AM and after 10:00 PM as the sound disturbs residents.

5. SAND MUST be washed off before entering the pool or lobby area. Swimmers
must dry off before entering lobby and elevator areas.
6. BALCONY: Towels, bathing suits, etc., must not be hung over the balcony

BOXES, no matter how small, Will dog the trash chute and must be carried down
to the ground floor and deposited in the dumpsters.
10. GAZEBO may be reserved, except on holidays and holiday weekends, for a
private party by contacting Resource Management 584-8733 at least 48 hours in
advance. Only one (1) reservation per month is permitted. The Association grills
may NOT be reserved. Holidays observed are: New Years Day, Mothers Day,
Memorial Day, Easter, Fathers Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and
Christmas Day.
11, RESTROOMS: Please help us keep them dean, locked and the lights turned off.
12. FIRE CODE prohibits cooking grills on our balconies and propane tanks stored in
the unit or in storage areas.
13. FIRE ALARM means to evacuate the building via the stairwells, immediately.
DO NOT USE ThE ELEVATORS. Re-entry is permitted ONLY upon approval of
the Fire Department or Building Representative.
14. ENTRY DOORS: Never block or prop open the lobby or stairwell doors.
Security is important to us and this puts everyone at risk. If you see an item
propping a door open, please remove it. Never open a door for someone you
don't know. If they belong here, they should either have a key or must ring the
resident from the entrance phone.
15. BICYCLE RIDING, SKATEBORD, ROLLERDLADING, BALL PLAYING, ETC.,
ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the garage and patting areas. Children and
adults should use caution when entering our lower level as visibility is difficult in
some areas and we all must use caution with cars coming and going.
16. GROCERY CARTS are to be returned to the bike rack area or behind the East
garage entry in the gravel area.
17. DOGS must be walked in the grass area on the Northeast corner of the
property.

Board Of Dfrectors. Pet owners are required by City Ordinance to pick
up and properly dispose of dog
