privately-held small to medium sized company in the healthcare services and technology markets. Prometheus offers both capital and
operational resources to provide flexible liquidity options to business owners and transition day-to-day responsibilities to our

markets and has a record of successful sourcing, evaluation, investing,
and deal execution. Prior to founding Prometheus, Mike worked in
venture development, middle market private equity, management
consulting, and investment banking. Mike anticipates benefiting from a
strong group of investors and advisors with deep industry expertise in
healthcare and vast experience in evaluating, acquiring and operating
companies.
