Power Up For Spring-Lean, Clean & Green!
Each season, I look for cool new ways to take everything up a notch.
We know it’s healthy, fun & effective to make small changes each season, to
keep everyday life fresh & exciting. Mix it up & try something new-in 2021!
-Everyone thinks of cleaning when spring comes. Try expanding the idea, &
don’t just clean your cluttered closets, write down whatever has been on your
mind’s back-burner & clear it out too. You’ll be able to clarify your goals &
motivate your energy to move into spring like a lean machine. Take a deep
breath & clear away whatever has cluttered your way forward.
-If you haven’t yet, power up your body & mind with these 3 incredible choices:
Green Smoothies with kefir for probiotics & vitamin K, which helps your
immune system, lowers cholesterol & blood pressure, & helps protect your
heart. Green Tea-which contains polyphenols, thought to boost digestion and
brain health, as well as protect against heart disease, type 2 diabetes, certain
cancers, & a high level of antioxidants which help to fight off everything!
Finally-eat your greenery! There’s too much research to list here, but 3-5
servings will provide protection & immunity against most of what ails us.
