Dear Sir/Madam,
This is only a PLEDGE and not a contractually binding AGREEMENT

Having understood the services of Techcelerate Ltd, I hereby submitting a PLEDGE to follow up with any
pre-qualified introductions of companies and individuals made by Techcelerate Ltd that may lead to an
equity, debt, grant or a combination of investment by me.

I confirm that I am a High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor as defined by Financial Services and
Markets Act 200 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005.

I accept that I am wholly responsible for my investment decisions and Techcelerate Ltd will not be held
liable in any shape or form, in the event of losing my investment as a result of investing into companies or
individuals introduced by Techcelerate Ltd.

I acknowledge that Techcelerate Ltd will pre-screen companies based on its own methodologies to reduce
risk and I should seek independent financial and legal advise before making any financial decision. I further
acknowledge that Techcelerate Ltd is not an Independent Financial Advisor, nor their practises have been
approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
The validity of the PLEDGE is limited to 18 months from signing. I understand that I can withdraw this
PLEDGE at any time by giving Techcelerate Ltd 30 days notice.
I have indicated below my preferences for the type of introductions I seek.
