SOLID CORE DOORS
Solid Core Doors use a multi-layered light hardwood for
strength and stability. This robust construction ensures
they are both thermally efficient and provide a high level
of security.
They are fitted with Coolskin PVC skins, which will
withstand extreme temperatures and are a perfect match
for the outer frame foil.

Why Choose a Solid Core
Door?
These Solid Core doors are made from sixteen layers
of timber called Kerto®. This ensures the grain is not
running one direct. The grain direction can sometimes
be a weak point of timber and can lead to warping or
splitting. Using specially orientated layers of veneer
significantly increases the strength, rigidity and vastly
improves security.
Bonded to this are two robust coloured PVCu skins
that offer a realisitic wood grain effect or smoother
finish.
Timber for the doors is purchased
from sustainable managed forests.
At the end of the doors useful life
the timber can be recycled.
Colour Options
Choose from an extensive range of foiled coloured doors and frames. Our solid core doors can also be
dual foiled, offering the flexibility of selecting different colors for the inside and outside.

manufactured in Britain under strict BS EN ISO9001:2015
quality management systems and are then assembled in
a bespoke composite door factory to achieve BS EN
14351-1:2006+A1:2010 ensuring that high quality
standards are met.
