Letter of Introduction & Engagement
The World Coalition of Refugee Rights (WCRR), a United Nations level Inter-
Governmental Organization (IGO), has taken special notice of the ethnic and religious
persecution, atrocities and genocide against the indigenous Yazidi people by rogue
militants since August 2014, as one of the most compelling situations fuelling the
international refugee crisis.
The Yazidi cause thus deserves and requires our special focus, as part of our
humanitarian support and protection of Christians, Muslims and other people of the
Middle East who are forced to become refugees as a result of major violations of
international law and human rights.
For this purpose, WCRR hereby presents several letters of "Declaration of Sovereign
Support of Yazidi Nation", from our institution together with three founding member
states of our coalition, each highlighting different aspects of the importance of Yazidi
heritage, and engaging in diplomatic relations with your Amiri Royal House.
Therefore, we wish to formally introduce you to the participating sovereign
institutions, as follows:
Our World Coalition of Refugee Rights (WCRR) is the central IGO governing the
projects for humanitarian relief, diplomatic intervention and consular support of
refugees, which has issued Mandates for certain key roles to leading member states.
The Ancient Catholic Church is the pontifical 12th century Church of the 1st century
denomination of Ancient Catholicism, embodying the ancient origins of Christianity
which connect it to other religions. It holds a Mandate from WCRR to serve as
Programs Administrator for all humanitarian operations of the Coalition, also providing
interfaith support and upholding freedom of religion.
The Order of the Temple of Solomon is the 12th century sovereign institution of the
original "Knights Templar", carrying the ancient heritage of the Biblical Temple of
Solomon which connects the origins of Christianity to other religions. It holds a
Mandate from WCRR to provide (1) Peacekeeping operations for safety and security
within planned Refugee Cities, and (2) Cultural Affairs supporting interfaith
cooperation, promoting positive traditional values, and preserving the authentic
culture and heritage of displaced peoples.
The Sovereign Court of International Justice (SCIJ) is a supra-governmental official
Court of Law, operated by the independent Judiciary profession, specializing in human
rights. It holds a Mandate from WCRR to serve as (1) the Judiciary Protector of human
rights for refugees, and (2) the Compliance Agency for application and enforcement of
international law for resolving humanitarian crises.
We hope that the attached diplomatic declarations will be well received by the Yazidi
people, and that you will find them of practical use for engaging in diplomatic relations
and joint efforts for the defense and protection of the indigenous Yazidi nation.
