own lives & will support positivity in yours. The simple concept is-negativity promotes negativity,
just as positivity sustains positivity. The more you expand on this, the more you’ll create your own
self-fulfilling, positive environment. And remember your physical surroundings matter too. Create
spaces with an ambiance that reinforces what you want to feel & experience.

-Create a belief-reward system. Make sure you affirm your belief in yourself as often as possible.
Learn to listen to your instincts, priorities your activities, & look to consciously build your
confidence. Then, each time you hit your checklist, achieve success on a goal or project, remember
