Mandate for Protection of Yazidi Rights
Order of the Temple of Solomon Foundation
The Yazidi Emirate of the Royal House of Dawud bin Sulaiman possesses sovereignty of statehood under
"customary international law" (UN Diplomatic Relations, Preamble, Article 47.1; UN Consular Relations,
Preamble; UN Immunities of States, Preamble: 5; UN Law of Treaties, Preamble, Article 38). Status as a
sovereign "subject of international law" is binding upon all countries regardless of recognition (UN Law of
Treaties, Articles 3, 38), with inherent diplomatic and consular relations (UN Consular, Articles 3, 1(d),
17.1), as the non-territorial state (UN Diplomatic, Articles 1(i), 3.1(a)) of the "nation" of Yazidi people (UN
Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Articles 9, 33, 36, 37). The Yazidis are recognized as an indigenous ethnic
and religious group (UNHCR Protection of Iraqi Asylum Seekers, August 2007, p.11), protected by
international law (UN Indigenous Peoples, Articles 8, 12.1).
The Yazidi Emirate of the Royal House of David and Solomon (Dawoud bin
Sulaiman), as the Crown Regency of the Kingdom of Ezidkhan, on behalf of the
indigenous people of the Yazidi nation, addressing the continuous genocide by rogue
militants against Yazidis, Christians and others, hereby issues the present special
Mandate to the Sovereign Magistral Order of the Temple of Solomon (Knights
Templar), and its non-profit Order of the Temple of Solomon Foundation.
This Mandate is to conduct the joint Missions of restoration of the Ezidkhan Kingdom
and support of the Yazidi people, including fundraising, humanitarian operations, and
development of legal and diplomatic infrastructure, on behalf and in the interests of the
Yazidi nation.
All fundraising shall be used to cover real costs of the joint Missions, and all net
proceeds after costs shall be shared as 50% to the Templars for ongoing Yazidi support,
and 50% to the Yazidi Emirate for its sovereign needs in defense of its people.
Officially Issued with Sovereign Authority under International Law:
HRH Prince Naif bin Dawud bin Sulaiman
Crown Prince of the Yazidi Emirate
Royal House of Dawoud bin Sulaiman
