Poppy Seed Chicken

1 whole roasted chicken
1 stack Ritz crackers
8 oz. sour cream

cup butter or margarine
1 can cream of chicken soup 2 Tbs. poppy seeds
Salt and pepper

Hot cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350. Sin and debone chicken. Place pieces in
greased 8 x 11 baking dish. Combine sour cream and soup. Add
salt and pepper to taste. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter
and poppy seeds. Sprinkle on top of chicken and bake for 30 to 35
min. Serve over rice.
