Diplomatic Recognition of Yazidi Nation State

Ignita Veritas United (IVU) is an inter-governmental organization (IGO) as an instrumentality exercising the sovereign
authority of its member states, thus possessing autonomous statehood (UN Jurisdictional Immunities of States, Article
2.1(b)(iii), Article 5), conducting external affairs as an institution of its member states, thus holding full sovereign
privileges and immunities (UN Inadmissibility of Interference in Affairs of States, Preamble: Point 1, Section 2(e),
Section 3(a)). It holds official status as a sovereign "subject of international law", binding upon all countries regardless
of recognition (UN Law of Treaties, Articles 3, 38), with inherent diplomatic relations (UN Consular Relations, Articles 3,
1(d), 17.1), as a non-territorial state (UN Diplomatic Relations, Articles 1(i), 3.1(a)).


This recognition is issued on behalf of: (1) our primary Inter-Governmental
Organization "IGO" Ignita Veritas United, and our affiliated IGO institutions: (2) the
World Coalition of Refugee Rights, and (3) Sovereign Court of International Justice; all
three recognized by registration with the United Nations. Also issued on behalf of: (4)
our Representative Council of Member States, and (5) the Royal Alliance of
Independent States, consisting of historical Kingdoms in diplomatic relations as other
Member States.

We hereby reconfirm our official diplomatic recognition (since 2016) of Prince Naif bin
Dawud bin Sulaiman, as Crown Prince (Royal Successor) of the Yazidi people, and also
as Crown Regent and thus Acting Head of State of the restored Kingdom of Ezidkhan as
the Yazidi sovereign nation-state.

Crown Prince Naif, as President of the Yazidi Independent Supreme Council (since
2012), has been the leader of the historic Restoration of the Kingdom of Ezidkhan,
leading our group of affiliated IGO institutions in its legal restoration to full diplomatic
status as a sovereign nation state of the Yazidis (since 2016).

As a result of his leadership and successful efforts in international relations, the Yazidi
nation under the Royal House of Prince Naif achieved official status as a Member State
of our group of IGO institutions and the Royal Alliance (since 2017).

Ignita Veritas United (IVU) serves as a shared Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
supporting Ministry of Justice, providing full legal and diplomatic support and
infrastructure for restored and developing Member States such as Ezidkhan. It thus
serves as an alternative "United Nations" for such historical Member States of major
world heritage, giving them a geopolitical platform for worldwide impact.

Our Royal Academy of History and Culture (Archaeology Faculty) of Ignita Veritas
University has recovered and processed much Yazidi world heritage, to educate other
nations and religions on the importance of Yazidis as the foundations of their culture,
and for the Yazidi people to rediscover and strengthen their Yazidi faith and identity.

Our World Coalition of Refugee Rights (refugee agency) has developed programs for
emergency intervention, relief, and consular support of Yazidis, and for the recovery
and self-sustainability of local Yazidi communities.

Our Magna Carta Bar Chambers (international law firm) has developed much legal
work establishing Yazidi statehood, preparing a case for the Sovereign Court of
International Justice, seeking a Declaratory Judgment of the statehood of Ezidkhan
(separate from its territories, which can be resolved under the Iraqi Constitution).

Our Office of Inspector General (state security agency) has developed legal and
diplomatic strategies for geopolitical and national security of the Yazidi state.

All under the leadership of Crown Prince Naif, the large volume and substance of work
from the above projects has been developed quietly, treated as a national security
mission for the Yazidi state.

Once the Ezidkhan Restoration is legally completed, by means of the Coronation of
Prince Naif as the King, our IGO institutions will immediately update and reissue the
Yazidi Member State certificate in the legal name "Kingdom of Ezidkhan".

At that time, our IGO institutions can begin the public launch of the full substance of
all developed projects and programs, for the world to see the restored Kingdom of
Ezidkhan, as a living nation state backed by world-class institutional infrastructure.
