Center To Keep You Safe During COVID-19
Feel secure while receiving
training at Richmond Training
Concepts by simply adhering
to their health and safety
guidelines.
With the understanding that during
these uncertain times the concern of
every individual is safety, the
company is taking three categories of
steps to help prevent the spread of
the virus during classroom activities.
The first stage comprises steps to be
taken before the class begins. Among
them is insisting that you reschedule
your appearance at class meetings if
you experience symptoms like fever,
coughing, shortness of breath, among
others.
Each session will consist of
limited student quotas to
ensure you maintain the
stipulated physical distancing
during your classes.
The second set of steps will take
place during class sessions. The
representative assures that during
this time the instructor will review the
procedures to be taken to minimize
the risk of infection.
These include recommending
that you always wear face
masks during class sessions,
except those instances where
CPR is being practiced.
You will also be required to partake
in the necessary hand washing
procedure of at least 20 seconds.
These are to be performed at the
commencement and termination of
each session as well as at the before
and after meals.
A representative assures that during this
time the instructor will review the
procedures to be taken to minimize the risk
of infection. These include recommending
that you always wear face masks during
class sessions, except those instances
where CPR is being practiced.
Other precautionary measures during class
entail the wearing of gloves during all skill
practices and assessment scenarios, the use
of breathing barriers while you're giving rescue
breaths, the stipulated physical distancing,
and the appropriate sanitization of all class
materials and surfaces.
After classes, all the manikins will be cleaned
using the necessary approved process for each
class. This process, the representative
assured, is in keeping with the guidance of the
CDC, the manikin manufacturer’s directions,
and the process recommended by the
manufacturers of the cleaning products.
