Letter of Introduction & Overview
The World Coalition of Refugee Rights (WCRR) is an Inter-Governmental Organization (IGO)
dedicated to preserving and supporting the founding principles of the Charter of the United
Nations, and upholding the framework of conventional international law, as the basis for
providing innovative solutions to resolve the international refugee crisis.
WCRR programs are primarily for refugees from various forms of warfare or persecution, and
also for victims of other humanitarian crises such as disasters, extreme poverty or
destabilization by violations of international law. The Coalition also works to prevent victims
from becoming refugees, through efforts to help them in their home country. WCRR is much
more than a humanitarian relief mission, also providing long-term sustainable solutions for
refugees to recover and prosper in foreign territories, without burdening the host countries.
Coalition Supporting Refugees The Coalition of WCRR as an IGO is comprised of its
founding sovereign and historical institutions, to be supported by other participating member
states, as follows:
Our World Coalition of Refugee Rights (WCRR) is the central IGO governing the projects for
humanitarian relief, diplomatic intervention and consular support of refugees, which has
issued Mandates for certain key roles to leading member institutions.
Our Ignita Veritas University (IVU) is an educational institution and accreditation body,
providing supporting infrastructure for operations of the Coalition as the host IGO institution.
It holds a Mandate from WCRR to serve as the Educational Institution providing academic
schools and vocational training centers supporting employment for refugees.
The Sovereign Court of International Justice (SCIJ) is a supra-governmental official Court of
Law, operated by the independent Judiciary profession, specializing in human rights. It holds
a Mandate from WCRR to serve as (1) the Judiciary Protector of human rights for refugees,
and (2) the Compliance Agency for application and enforcement of international law for
resolving humanitarian crises.
The Ancient Catholic Church is the pontifical 12th century Church of the 1st century
denomination of Ancient Catholicism, embodying the ancient origins of Christianity which
connect it to other religions. It holds a Mandate from WCRR to serve as Programs
Administrator for all humanitarian operations of the Coalition, also providing interfaith
support and upholding freedom of religion.
The Order of the Temple of Solomon is the 12th century sovereign institution of the original
"Knights Templar", carrying the ancient heritage of the Biblical Temple of Solomon which
connects the origins of Christianity to other religions. It holds a Mandate from WCRR to
provide (1) Peacekeeping operations for safety and security within planned Refugee Cities,
and (2) Cultural Affairs supporting interfaith cooperation, promoting positive traditional
values, and preserving the authentic culture and heritage of displaced peoples.
Strategic Humanitarian Intervention WCRR is positioned to provide innovative solutions to
resolve underlying causes of the international refugee crises. Its strategic plans for
humanitarian intervention include: (1) Consular Support Program, providing "safe passage"
crisis intervention, backed by emergency travel and identification documents; (2) Sustainable
Cities Program, establishing attractive Coalition Cities promoting economic empowerment of
refugees; and (3) Traditional Values Program, promoting shared values while respecting
different cultures, to foster humanitarian unity among peoples.
Focus on Yazidi and Christian Genocide WCRR has taken special notice of the ethnic and
religious persecution, atrocities and genocide against the indigenous Yazidi people and
Christian groups by rogue militants. Such genocide is one of the most urgent and compelling
situations fuelling the international refugee crisis, requiring a special focus within the overall
humanitarian relief efforts. For this purpose, WCRR has recognized and engaged in
diplomatic relations with Prince Naif bin Dawood bin Numb of the Yazidi Emirate of the Amiri
Royal House of David, and its Yazidi Independent Supreme Council, as the legitimate and
most effective representatives of the Yazidi people, who are also related to the affected
Christian communities.
We hope that the attached official documents will be well received by the United Nations
General Assembly, and that you will find them of practical use for engaging in diplomatic
relations and joint efforts for implementing the WCRR programs for the defense and
protection of refugees.
Sincerely Yours Truly,
