INTRODUCTION


INTEGRATED SPECIALIZED GENERAL CONTRACTING CO. W.L.L. (ISCCO) commenced operations in U.A.E at Abu Dhabi
in 1991.The name was carefully chosen to reflect the enhanced, combined and complete capability that were induced to the
services the company was able to offer to clients.

The office in U.A.E operates as a local partnership company with the partners (shareholders) being Mr. Shahin Saif Sultan Al
Awani, a member of one of the Abu Dhabi’s prominent trading families and Mr. Shamsudeen Alias Shamsu Mohamed, a
leading and active member of a business group basically established and functioning at Kuwait and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

ISCCO is “customer oriented” with management placing a strong emphasis on the provision of quality services in the,
confirmed, belief this brings the rewards of a sustained workload from satisfied clients. Operating divisions are organized so as
specialization aligns with client’s preferred demarcations with regard to content of tenders and contracts. Operational staffs are
encouraged to relate to customers directly, rather than through sales or marketing staff, and are in total control of all functions
from initial estimate through to final payment and completion certificate. Head office staffs are kept to a minimum, preference
being given to assigning available experience, and expertise to the operating divisions. Support for financial, contractual, legal,
logistical and resourcing concerns, is readily facilitated. The company currently offers the following range of services:

Although they have built up a satisfied clientele based on the provision of quality services, ISCCO have taken due notice of the
modern trend for requirements to produce, to clients, evidence and guarantee of the competency of the company’s QHSE
management systems in the form of certification to internationally recognized standards.

Accordingly the company, had its systems, processes and operating procedures certified to Quality, Occupational Health &
Safety and Environment Management Systems in line with ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:1999 and ISO 14001:2004
respectively, accredited by M/s. RvA through the certification body M/s. DNV.

ISCCO also employs a database system for effective control of its operations, an exhaustive Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) Software Database system that controls the significant areas such as Project Management, Finance and
Accounting, Job Costing, Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, Human Resources and Payroll handling etc. for
the smooth and error free operations of the company. Networking with intranet is enabled so that information and data are
analyzed, verified and shared.

In the UAE a full range of industrial maintenance and installation services are provided and managed by the Abu Dhabi office
for all locations throughout the U.A.E. Construction and maintenance type work are executed for clients in Oil / Gas,
Petrochemical and Power industries. A separate branch office at Dubai has been established to promote and enhance business
opportunities in the north emirates sector.

Services are offered to owners, international contractors, constructors, manufacturers and local contractors for individual
specialization, a combination or package of a specialization integral to a project/contract or a as complete turnkey projects.

KUWAIT OPERATIONS:

A full range of industrial maintenance and installation services is being offered by our group firm M/s. SKS Group Co. W.L.L.
(SKSG) as a separate entity. The office in Kuwait operates as a local partnership company and is owned by ISCCO’s owner/
Managing Director Mr. Shamsudeen Alias Shamsu Mohamed.

Services are offered to owners, international contractors, constructors, manufacturers and local contractors for individual
specialization, a combination or package of specialization integral to a project/contract or a as complete turnkey projects.
Construction and maintenance type work are executed for clients viz. KOC, KNPC, MEW, JOINT OPERATIONS etc.

KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA OPERATIONS

A full range of industrial maintenance and installation services is being offered by our group firm M/s. STAR OF KINGDOM
SERVICES Co. (formerly Al Noiam & Al Jaffary Cont & Coating Co.) as a separate entity. The office in KSA operates as a local
partnership company and is owned by ISCCO’s owner/ Managing Director Mr. Shamsudeen Alias Shamsu Mohamed.

Services are offered to owners, international contractors, constructors, manufacturers and local contractors specializing in Grit
Blasting & Painting, Scaffolding, Hydro jetting, Ship Maintenance Services etc.

QATAR OPERATIONS

The Abu Dhabi office of ISCCO manages the operations directly. Setting up of a separate branch office for ISCCO is underway.
A full range of industrial maintenance and installation services are being offered in Qatar as part of an overall plan to
consolidate the operations on an Arabian Gulf wide basis.

UAE OPERATIONS

Specialized Services Gen. Cont. Est. (SSGCE), a subsidiary owned by ISCCO in the UAE supports ISCCO in its operations
by extending its resources and equipment.

resources usage, periodic internal audits and review of QHSE policy and its objectives.

The Company as a whole with its employees is responsible for implementing and complying with the norms stipulated to

This QHSE policy is effectively communicated to all of our employees and other associated parties, to enable them to
interact with any third party, client or public, in line with the Company’s QHSE management system.

INTEGRATED SPECIALIZED GENERAL CONTRACTING CO. W.L.L. (ISCCO) is certified to an Integrated Management
system for the compliance of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management Systems in line with
ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:1999 and ISO 14001:2004 respectively. The management systems are integrated as there
are various valid reasons and advantages in integrating the systems together.

The business benefits can be multiplied and our company can respond to any change and anticipate or move beyond any
targets before they are externally imposed. In all these three systems there is much common ground that suggests an
integrated approach that makes best sense of resource utilization. The common areas identified for this Integrated
