• We closed Round 1 in March 2021 at a share price of
£2.34. We’re raising again to take advantage of new
commercials / opportunities at a share price of £2.96
• Round documentation and governance available to
view within the SeedLegals platform
• We are aiming to achieve 100K in monthly revenue In
Q3 2021 via further investment in growth campaigns,
improvements in UI/UX and further SaaS sales
• Post Q3 2021, we are likely to use a private trading
platform to raise ~ 500K for further expansion. This
will give existing investors the opportunity to exit at
that point

This is deliberate – helping to build awareness
of our name and service to the 60M UK Consumers who have
a mobile phone contract and/or a broadband service.
Expensive ‘brand awareness’ campaigns aren’t for us – we’ll
responsibly build trust and brand awareness for free.
