Shortly after achieving Chartered Status, Dominic took up a new role on an Oil
Refinery Project in Germany, a JV between UK, French and German Partners.
Upon his return to the UK, at 28 years old, Dominic founded Solomons Europe
alongside his wife Kerry. Young, naïve but full of drive and enthusiasm- the pair
set up the business with the idea that they would break the mould of the
traditional QS practice, ensuring those with talent and commitment were able to
achieve their career ambitions without the usual heirarchical structures inherent
in the major firms.

This ethos has become a foundation of the business, and still holds true today,
with the current Board of Directors consisting of entirely home grown talent,
taking up their roles at an average age of 32.

"We have been passionate about recognising and rewarding talent from the very begininng of
Solomons. HAVING Started the business in our 20's, both Kerry & I are acutely aware that
enthusiasm and Commitment, focused in the right areas,  can ultimately lead to success

and we want to support those with THE raw talent to be the very best they can be.
