Learn Martial Arts Online for Free
Are you looking for a resource to
learn martial arts online with free
virtual classes? Then you're gonna
love this article! I'm Ryan Rich,
Owner of Granite Bay Jiu-Jisu, an
accredited Charles Gracie academy.
Our in-person program helps
kids get active, build
confidence, and learn respect
while acquiring a new self
defense skill set.
Taking a similar approach, our
online program is a great
introduction to Jiu-Jitsu, and will
hopefully be a reliable activity
resource for your family while
you're cooped up during the next
few months.
In our online program, you can
practice REAL martial arts
techniques from the comfort of your
own home and it provides access to
an exciting workout system that you
can actually look forward to each
day.
While you won't become a Black
Belt watching these videos, the
hope with our online program is
to get you active and expose you
to the Jiu-Jitsu martial art.
The Charles Gracie program
is based on a Brazilian
professional mixed martial
artist and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
practitioners.
Charles is the son of Jiu-Jitsu
Grandmaster Robson Gracie
and the brother of Renzo
Gracie, Ryan Gracie and
Ralph Gracie.
Charles Gracie began his
training in Jiu-Jitsu at age 5
which is why we offer our
program for kids 4 years of
age and up.
The Charles Gracie Jiu-Jitsu
system focuses on one-on-one
ground fighting with the
objective of achieving a superior
position for joint locks, chokes
and strikes.
