Fill & Sign edocr forms by posting
(September 2024)
Edocr now offers a way to post a form, either to the public at large, or
a select group, and have them opt into filling and signing your form.
Sign-up forms, permission slips, item sales, order forms - all easy
with edocr. (Here is a sample form demonstration to go along with
the instructions below.)
The e-signature is also verified according to e-signature PDF
standards.
You must be logged on to edocr to begin this process. Free accounts
are limited to a few test transactions, Premium Accounts have limits
based upon their level of service.
Upload a form and click e-sign document:
Add your fields, then click "Save Form Field Placement"
Your document will now show a green checkmark in your edocr
Collection and the right hand dropdown on the edocr page view will
highlight "e-sign form" in light green:
Post or send the edocr URL link to the form document to whoever
you want. Small group or public at large. Non-edocr users will load
the edocr page view and see a green "Fill & Sign" button, that all they
need to do is click.
Edocr will validate their email address (to avoid spammers or bots)

So, give it a try & let us know (edocr help center) your suggestions
and questions - and share those forms with us and the world.
