Pumpkin Spice Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting
INGREDIENTS:
1 box Spice Cake Mix
1 (14 oz) can pumpkin puree
1 (8 oz) black cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 350°. Combine Spice cake mix and pumpkin puree in a large bowl. Mix well with a whisk to
combine. Drop cookie dough by the tablespoon onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until set. Let cool 3 minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to cooling
rack.
After cookies are completely cooled, combine softened cream cheese, sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
Whisk well to combine. Ice cookies.
