Certifying Quorum/Call to Order: A quorum was established with 33 proxies received either in person
or by proxy. Jack Berlin called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
Election of Directors: 4 Intents received, Rod Brenton, Jack Berlin, Jill Rommel and Jeff Tomes.
Reading and Disposal of any Unapproved Minutes: January 8, 2021 minutes read by Pat. Rod made a
motion to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by Jeff, unanimously approved.
Officer Reports: Jack gave a synopsis of some of the issues and projects in the last year. Jeff (treasurer)
Reported on pending projects and project funds. Also reviewed the proposed budget and the increases
of some expenses which caused the increase of 2.8% in maintenance fees. Reserve Study needs to be
done in 2022. New security cameras for the parking lot have recently been purchased and still need to
be installed.
