To participate in the TellTheBell survey, follow these steps:

was it?” in the address bar.
2. Enter the 16-digit survey code found on your Taco Bell
receipt, then click the “Start” button to begin the survey.
3. Order Details: Specify whether your order was placed via
the drive-through, in the restaurant, or for takeaway.
4. Provide Feedback: The survey will ask for your feedback
on various aspects of your visit, such as service speed,
cleanliness, order accuracy, and other related topics.
5. Describe Your Visit: After discussing your overall
experience, you will be asked to briefly describe your most
recent visit.
6. Giveaway Participation: Indicate if you want to
participate in the giveaway.
7. Enter Contact Information: Finally, provide your first
and last names along with your telephone number.
Upon completion, your entry for a chance to win $500 in cash from
Taco Bell’s contest will be successfully submitted.

To enter without making a purchase, write your first and last name,
street address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, and
birth date by hand on a 3″x5″ piece of paper. Place this paper in a
business-size envelope with the appropriate postage and mail it to the
specified address.

Customers who complete the survey truthfully will have the chance to
win the reward. All participants will receive an email with the results
within three days of the drawing.
If you receive a notification that you’ve won, you will likely need to
verify your identity and residence in person. Once you provide the
necessary documentation to the appropriate authorities, you will
