MEMBERSHIP AND THAT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:

2. You are not more than ninety (90) days delinquent in the payment of any fee, fine, or other
monetary obligation due to the Association.
3. You have never been convicted of any felony in this state or in a US District or Territorial Court.
Please note that two persons living at the same address may not serve simultaneously on the Board.
The election will take place at the Annual Meeting, tentatively scheduled for December 1, 2020,
at 6:30 pm. In order to have your name placed on the ballot, this Notice of Intent must be received by
the Association no less than thirty (30) days prior to that date, or no later than Friday, November 1st,
2020.
