Omakase Speakeasy
offers a free-form
interpretative take on
traditional sushi.
The booking form is the
only way you can reserve
seats at the private
restaurant that is well
known for its hospitality-
first concept.
Due to its intimate
setting, the bar only
prepares food for the
exact number of
guests anticipated
each evening.
This usually includes over
17 courses of sushi with a
curated Reserve
beverage pairing, when
you book a seat at either
7:15 pm or 9:30 pm.
The sushi bar takes pride in
its curated Omakase
experience with its rotating
menu that offers a playful
construction of new-wave
nigiri and other delicacies.
Because the menu is
entirely avant-garde, all
substitutions and
modifications are politely
declined.
