Instant Help Tip Sheet

Changes that alter-just a little bit-your ability to move forward!
~Treat yourself to a 20-minute walk every morning~
Collect your thoughts for the day, get your grounding in nature & your sunny
vitamin D. Give yourself time to breath. It improves your immunity, focus & mood.
~Pen your thoughts in a journal~
10 minutes of streaming your consciousness will keep your motivation strong
& inspire you to keep seeking changes that are healthier & sustainable.
~Be assertive with your entourage~
About your support & your boundaries. Let them know you care about them
but they must respect your ways & means for caring about yourself.
~Take your food & drink up a notch~
Nothing drastic. Just make sure you’re aware of your choices & try to keep your
health in mind. Be realistic about your resources, so you can sustain better habits.

~Here’s an anagram to help you remember to extricate yourself from toxic people~
S: For Sneaky & Spiteful N: For Narcissist & Negative
A: Abusive & Aloof P: Petty & Pathological
SNAP!

Try getting a pretty, red bracelet. As soon as these sorts of people encroach upon
your well-being, rotate or snap the bracelet. It will trigger you to remember to
take a deep breath & protect yourself.
