New Business:
Various renters and unit owners, particularly a regular renter who sent a polite letter to the
Board, have complained about this year's infestation of crows. Most have declared the crow
population to be worse than ever.

While some believe that the crows will soon move on as part of their normal migration, the
Board will ask Maintenance Supervisor Arnie to replace the nylon fishing line once hung
randomly over the pool deck. An owl figurine will be purchased and placed at the edge of the
roof. If further measures are required, Jack recommends installation of purple martin houses;
purple martins and crows, he says, are natural enemies.
Adjournment:
A motion for adjournment by Jack, seconded by Bruce, passed unanimously at 4:15 p.m.
